Garbage Disposal Repair: The homeowner heard grinding and rattling from their disposal. After inspecting the unit, I found a loose impeller plate and metallic debris inside the chamber. I removed the debris, tightened the components, and ensured the disposal ran smoothly and safely.

Well Pump Repair: Arrived at the client’s property after reports of low water pressure and intermittent water supply. Inspected the well system and determined the submersible pump was failing due to a worn impeller and partial motor obstruction. Safely disconnected power, pulled the pump from the well, and cleaned the components before installing replacement parts. Reassembled and lowered the pump back into place, restored power, and tested the system to confirm proper pressure and consistent water flow. The well pump is now operating reliably and at full performance.

Water Heater Repair: Arrived at the client’s home after reports of inconsistent water temperature from the water heater. Inspected the unit and found a faulty thermostat and sediment buildup affecting heating performance. Spoke with the client, drained and flushed the tank to remove sediment, replaced the defective thermostat, and tested the unit for consistent temperature regulation. Verified proper operation and informed the client that the water heater is now heating reliably and efficiently.

Investigated water damage in a wall and traced it to a hidden leak in the supply line. Used electronic leak detection equipment to locate the source, then repaired the copper line. The repair stopped the leak, preventing further damage to the home.

Installed a new tank-style water heater to replace an older unit that was leaking from the base. Connected all water and gas lines, tested the system, and ensured proper venting. The new water heater is heating efficiently and safely.

A customer’s disposal was humming but not spinning. This can sometimes be a jammed flywheel, but in this case, the motor had seized. We recommended replacement due to age and damage. Installed a ½ HP continuous-feed disposal and tested for leaks. Kitchen is back in business!
